Key works have been completed to adapt the building to the museum’s needs. Building conversion – adaptation to the context of Smiltynė villas, using half-timbered elements. Building extension – the structure has been updated, including the deepening and expansion of the basement. Interior space arrangement – exhibition areas, administrative offices, storage for the collection, artifact restoration rooms, and storage and technical facilities have been created to ensure the effective operation of the museum.
