The red brick building near the Babrungas River was the Oginskių manor laundry, where the laundry for the dukes and their servants was washed. After World War II, it operated as an oil store, and later the building was used for artists and commercial purposes. Currently, the building houses the Plungė Dog Lovers Club. Renovation work carried out in this building included the sloped roof, facade, brick restoration, replacement and painting of metal gates, and restoration of the masonry fence posts.
